Testonic® Artificial Nasal Fluid (SNF) is a simulated nasal secretion solution developed in accordance with ISO 10993-12 to evaluate the interaction of nasal sprays, drug delivery systems, and inhalation devices with the nasal mucosa. It mimics the ionic composition, pH, and light viscosity of human nasal mucus, offering a reliable medium for dissolution, permeability, and bioavailability testing.
